101: Survival Tips in Matriks

To those yang dapat Matriks melaka.....
HAH! CONGRATULATIONS!
welcome to the living hell. :P
hahah.

Life in matriks is seriously tough.
Those who are incredibly hardworking, rajin, and not the whiny-whiny type, you're the perfect student for matriks.
ahah.

So, to those juniors yang dapat matriks melaka, there are a few survival tips that i would like to share with all of you.

1. NO PROCRASTINATION.

2. BE INCREDIBLY AND AMAZINGLY HARD-WORKING.

3. ALWAYS DO YOUR TUTORIAL.

4. ALWAYS DO THOSE PAST YEAR QUESTIONS.

5. STUDY GROUP IS A MUST. YOU WILL UNDERSTAND BETTER BY HAVING A STUDY GROUP/DISCUSSION.

6. DO NOT BE THE BACK-BENCHERS A.K.A., DO NOT SIT AT THE BACK OF THE KULIAH (I have been there, done that. Jgnlah duduk belakang kuliah, serious, fokus memang lari habis. aku dah satu sem duduk belakang kuliah, bukannya belajar, tapi siap makan ramai-ramai, baca newspaper, pass around the newspaper, borak2. tsk2, ampun cikgu!)

7. HAVE YOUR LUNCH AT KAFE A. THEIR MEALS ARE SUPERB.

8. IF YOU WANT TO EAT SOMETHING LIKE NASI GORENG HONG KONG, NASI GORENG HAILAM, THEN GO TO KAFE B.

9. KAT KAFE B, BUAT BAIK DENGAN PAKCIK POPEYE. NANTI MESTI DAPAT DISKAUN. AHAHA.

10. DO NOT SKIP TUTORIALS AND LECTURES.

11. FOR THOSE WHO GET SAINS HAYAT AS THEIR COURSE, VOLUNTEER YOURSELF TO GO TO THE ZOO IN SEMESTER 2. (It's an assignment for biology experiment. the students have to go to the zoo and take pictures, and when you're back in the college, you have to make a folio of it. Seriously, volunteer yourself to go to the zoo. All you have to do is take pictures here and there, and when you're back in college, you do need to do the folio. ahah.)

12. FOR GIRLS, A SUPERB PLACE TO RELEASE YOUR TENSION AND LEPAK: BELAKANG BLOK B4 AND B5

13. FOR GIRLS YANG MATA KERANJANG, EVERY EVENING GO TO THE BASKETBALL COURT OR THE BIG PADANG IN FRONT OF DEWAN UTAMA. (Haa, tengoklah all those guys main ragbi and basket sepuas-puas hati sampai keluar muntah hijau)

14. BRING YOUR CAMERA ALONG. (Snap snap snap! Take pictures with your friends. every photo says a lot. :) )

15. TAKE ALL YOUR CLASSMATES' PHONE NUMBER (Can ask for their help to sign the attendance whenever you feel like skipping classes. oopsie, i just wrote that you shouldn't ponteng right?)

16. BRING ONE TEMPAYAN OF WATER. (selalu takda air, mcm hellll je)

17. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COINS OF 2.50 (20 SEN AND 50 SEN ONLY) ~Senang nak basuh baju guna mesin

18. KALAU NAK ONLINE, ONLINE DEPAN LIBRARY. (Tempat lain susah nak dapat connection)

19. RAJIN-RAJINLAH PERGI UNIT.

20. BRING ALONG SEBAKUL OF PENDRIVES.

21. JANGAN SESUKA HATI CUCUK PENDRIVES SANA SINI, ESPECIALLY PC KAT LIBRARY, AND HEP. (Nak ternak virus ke machaa?)

Haha. Those who get places in matrix, think about it carefully. Do you think that you can handle studying 26/25/24 chapters of biology, 22/23 chapters of maths and chem in one year?

Hahah.

But besides all the contras that I have stated, life in matrix is actually really fun.

~ friends
~ family
~ ibadat (sgt sgt sgt sgt sgt penting)
~ hardwork.

That's all that it takes to survive in matrix.
